What I Do

The marketing leadership your brand is ready for.

Marketing strategy breaks down into a few distinct pieces. Here's what each one covers.

Brand & Positioning

Know exactly what your brand stands for, and say it with confidence.
+
You'll walk away with the clearest possible answer to what your brand is, who it's for, and why it wins, built into language your team can use and your customers repeat back to you. Every campaign, hire, and decision gets easier once this is locked.

Content & Channel Strategy

Know exactly where to show up, and why it's worth the spend.
+
A content and channel plan built around what's actually driving revenue for your business, not whatever's trending this quarter. You'll always know where to show up, what to say there, and how to tell if it's working.

Go-to-Market & Campaign Strategy

Launch and run campaigns tied straight back to the results you're actually after.
+
Every launch and campaign is planned and run by someone who has owned the revenue behind similar work before, not just presented the strategy. You'll always know what it's aiming at and how it's actually going.

Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

Turn first-time buyers into customers who come back.
+
Email, SMS, welcome flows, post-purchase and win-back sequences, all built to work together so your growth doesn't rely only on finding new customers. This is usually where the highest-margin revenue in the business already lives, and a little more structure here tends to go a long way.

Fractional CMO Advisory

Get real marketing leadership at the table, without adding a full-time seat.
+
Standing strategic leadership: setting direction, holding the plan accountable, and making the calls a growing brand can't afford to get wrong. Your team keeps executing. I make sure everything they're doing is pointed at the same goal.

How I Work With You

A plan built for your business, not a template.

Here's what it looks like to work together, from the first call to an ongoing partnership.

1

Start with a call

15 to 20 minutes, low pressure. We'll talk through where your marketing needs the most support and see whether it's a fit.

2

Audit & diagnostic

A full look at what's working, what's not, and where the biggest opportunities are.

3

A strategy built for your business

A plan mapped to your specific goals and your specific market, not a repackaged template.

4

An ongoing partnership

Regular strategy sessions, a live roadmap that stays current, and support in between so the plan keeps moving.

Who I Work With

Built for founders ready to grow with a strategy behind it.

Most clients are founder-led businesses generating $2M to $8M in revenue, with a capable team already in motion. What's missing isn't effort. It's a strategist steering all of it toward the same goal.

I work most often with interior design and health & wellness brands, though the common thread isn't industry so much as founders with a strong point of view who are ready to build the marketing function to match it.

What this looks like in practice.

Two examples of what changes when the strategy behind the brand actually gets set on purpose.

A food and beverage brand, built from scratch

The Situation

Starting completely from scratch: no sales yet, just brand awareness built through social media, no website built for conversion, no sales materials, and no system to track sales once they started.

The Move

A real website and sales materials went live before a single marketing campaign launched. A distributor partnership tracked sales as they came in, and a dedicated salesperson took on on-premise and off-premise sales.

The Result

$10K in online sales in the first quarter, and 15 retail and restaurant accounts landed by the new sales hire in the first month alone.

A health and wellness brand, stuck at $250K

The Situation

The founder was doing everything himself, marketing, sales, and operations, while growth had flattened around $250K a year. Demand was real, but there was no bandwidth left to figure out what would actually move the number.

The Move

Instead of widening the funnel for more leads, targeting narrowed toward fewer, higher-quality ones, since at this price point a low-quality lead cost more in wasted time than no lead at all.

The Result

Revenue grew from $250K to $3M within three years.
